How do you deliver?

We offer home delivery of our sofas using DHL. You can select different delivery options at checkout.
We ship small packages using PostNord and Schenker which lets you pick up your package at your closest delivery point.

Do you notify before you deliver?

When your delivery is shipped we always send a message with a tracking number so you can track your delivery. DHL always notify customers with a text message(SMS). Business customers can add text message(SMS) notification at checkout.

How do I change my delivery address?

In order to prevent fraud for example in case your email account is hijacked we require that all delivery address changes must be done by contacting us. We are happy to help with this and will notify DHL immediately. E-mail us at or call us at 040 405566 to change your delivery address.

Returns and right of return

Who pays for the return freight if I would like to return a sofa bed?

If you would like to return your order, you can do that free of charge in any of our shops. Or you can take care of it your selves in i accordance with our terms. If you are helpful with filling out our return documents so that its possible to book a return freight with DHL.

Is it possible to regret a order?

As a private customer you can always regret and return. We give you 14 days full free return. Also the Swedish law “Distansköplagen” or The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts give you the right to return if you pay the return freight. We do more that this and gives you 14 days free return in original original packaging. You can read more about this in Distansköplagen and on the Swedish Consumer Agency (Swedish: Konsumentverket) website where there is a template for this.

Choosing the right sofa

Which sofa beds can be used every night?

We have created a Made For Every Night label. All sleeper furniture that have the “Made for every night use” label are excellent choices if you intend to sleep in your sofa bed on a regular basis.

How do you know if the sofa is soft or hard?

Pocket Spring: Medium / Hard
Latex: Medium / Hard
Cotton: Hard
Foam: Medium
High elastic foam: Soft-medium hard
Bonnell Spring: Medium
Visco elastic foam: Soft

Most sofa beds are made with a medium mattress to fit most people. If you are light person a pocket spring mattress can be perceived as hard. In that case it might be a good option to add a softer mattress on top . We also offer sofas with the optional latex mattress which are soft and adapt to the body.

Futon mattresses are naturally harder but there are a lot options that are softer even for futon mattresses.

Delivery times

How long is the delivery time for your sofa beds?

We have written the delivery time for each sofa at the bottom of every sofas description. The delivery time depends on which fabrics you choose. We want to offer our customers a wide range of fabrics which is why we haven’t excluded any fabric options.

Can you pay extra for expedited delivery?

In some cases you can get direct delivery from the manufacturer if they have the item in stock. Added shipping fees apply because it is more expensive to ship a single sofa from abroad compared to shipping multiple sofas in a single shipment. Please contact us and we’ll check if the items you are interested in are available.

When will my sofa be delivered?

We will send a preliminary delivery date as soon as we receive full payment, have ordered the sofa from the manufacturer and have received an order confirmation from the manufacturer. If you’ve ordered an item that is in stock we will ship it immediately and you will receive it within 3-5 business days.


Where are your shops located?

We have a store in Skåne-Tranås in Österlen, Skåne, Sweden.

Can you pay a deposit and then pay the rest of the balance at delivery?

Yes, we have a payment option at checkout which lets you pay 1/3 when you order and 2/3 at delivery.

Can a business customer get an invoice with 30 days payment terms?

If you as a business have ordered from us previously and are listed in our invoice register we can send you an invoice with payment due after 30 days.

We have paid with a credit or debit card but we want a more detailed invoice for our accounting department. Can you do that?

Can I get a fabric sample shipped home to me?

Yes, we are happy to send a small piece of fabric to you in order for you to evaluate how the fabric looks in your home. The colour of the fabric looks different under the lighting in a store or on a display compared to what it looks like under your lightning at home.
