Karup futon mattresses have a longer delivery time, about 23 weeks due to the current circumstances associated with the global pandemic. We also offer many mattresses that have quicker delivery times. You can find mattresses that are in stock and can be shipped quickly in the Stock Item category. Mattresses from Polonia Natural Design and Futonwerk have shorter delivery times.

The pandemic affects delivery times and our response times. We continue to update our products with an estimated delivery time at the bottom of each product description. If you are looking for items with shorter delivery times we offer items that we have in stock in our “Stock Items” category.

Delivery times change may change frequently during these times. We have updated our delivery guarantee to offer our customers an equivalent replacement item at no extra cost if there are any delays that are longer than the estimated delivery time.

During times with high demand our customer service may be delayed. We have a blog and a frequently asked questions page where you can find answers to most questions. The status of orders can be viewed on the My Account page.
